New Engine Swap!!

After Months of putting up with my slow and clunky V6, I decided the best way to get loads of new HP and Torque was to finally swap engines. I bought a newly rebuilt 1.7-liter I-4 from a friends old 2001 Honda Civic DX . With only a few minor alterations to the engine mounts it fit perfectly into the engine bay but unfortunatly it didnt mount to the transmission so i took the 5-speed gearbox out of the civic and iam fairly impressed with the new performance......

Obviosuly iam not kidding...The I-4 in my opinion has more performance options and weighs considerably less that the 3.8L and the 5.0L. With the bulky V6 gone i freed up 500-1000 lb's off the Stang and plus the engine has a stronger aftermarket than 3.8L

If this bull story is actually true, then there would be some extensive modifications needed to make an inline motor fit on the K-member for a V6. Not to mention the geometry of the motor and trans axle together from a front wheel drive car will easily bolt up to a rearwheel drive car's drivetrain and function properly.

Now what about computer and wiring, you make it sound so easy, when in reality there would have been tons of custom fabrication to make this work.

And your 1/4 mile time of 19.3 seconds is a hell of a lot slower then a stock 3.8 mustang would run. And you seriously think you lost 500-1000 pounds form the difference in motors? Your kidding me right?

Give me one good reason why I should not ban you for trolling???

That was posted 5 days ago. and your mods were listed as;

1998 Mustang 230 HP 3.8L V6 AKA Camaro Crusha
with
-Custom 2.5'' Magnaflow exhuast
-Bilstein Sport Shocks
- Vogtland Springs
-BBK Cold Air Intake
-Mac Long Tube Headers
-Wiseco Forged Pistons
-Morana 1.80mm Roller Rockers
-Accel Fuel Injectors

So tell me, you did the swap in under 5 days? It's possiable, but after reading a lot of your posts, there's no way in hell a person with the amount of knowledge you lack would have been able to do this.

But hey if you wanna race, I'll be happy to show you my taillights.
