head swap is it possible?
Me and my friend where wondering if it would be possible to swap a SR20VE head onto a DE block? It seems like it would be possible but i bet Nissan did something to change how it fits or work or something. Just wondering if anyone has heard of this being done or if it is even possible.

Apparently there are a couple of galleries that don't quite line-up but that can be overcome. IIRC, Mike Kojima made some suggestions on how it might be done by comparing the two engines on the se-r mailing list. (good luck finding it!)
Try http://www.sr20deforum.com , there is a SR20VE subforum there. Andreas Miko posts there and might be able to answer your questions. If you do find out, please post back here again.
