Type R vs S2000 vs Civic w/spoon

I am about to graduate as a present from my father i am getting a better car. I have narrowed it down to A S2000(no money left for enhancements),Integra Type R(money left for alot of enhancements) or aCivic With a Spoon Engine(money for lots enhancements).

Who gets stuck w/ the bill!?

Anyway, aside from your delusions of F&F, the Spoon engine is very costly and is made for strictly road-racing meaning it's probably not street legal. Moreover, it has no torque... It's best driven at astronomical revs.
That said, from a ITR vs. S2000... I would choose an RSX Type S. It is also equipped with a 2000cc engine although differently designed than the S2000. Imho, they look sweet! I love those tails! And, close-ratio sequential 6 speed ownz you! Also, the aftermarket is moving quickly for the RSX. (Outfit it w/ JDM Type R stuff!)

Or, get the S2000 and save up for a Comptech supercharger... No more lack of torque!

i would go for a 98 civic hatch, get a spoon cf hood, a jdm b16, and some 16" rota slipstreams... (look like spoon rims but cheaper, 4 rotas for the price of one spoon)
then go crazy jdm on it with the cf duckbill wing and ctr front splitter...
apexi exh... all the gauges etc...
and turbo it. for fun...

drop on some coilovers with cusco or mugen strut braces, some nice sparco or corbeau seats... and still have money left over

i'd say get an s2000. it still puts out 250hp stock....getting an itr plus mods will get you to 250hp anyway. plus the s2000 looks a hell of alot better than the itr. plus you can go all out with the s2000. i have a video where some guy named tim lang or something tuned his s2k to 713hp. and the car is still street legal. i think thats amazing for a 4 cylinder. i'm really not a fan of the b18 engine but the f20c is one of a kind. get the s2000, you won't regret it.

I'd say S2000 all the way. Great platform and it looks tight.

There would be no point in buying an ITR, if you were to modify it. Your more likely to ruin the balance of the car than anything; unless your willing to spend big dollars and have your engine blueprinted and the whole works. And forget about the Spoon civic, for the track, not the road.

Your answer is the S2K! RWD, 240hp, 9000rpm and the best gearbox! A comptech supercharger would hurt either..

you should get a really fast car

I searched the gov't auctions and got an 89 Corvette for $3500. I am now into it for about $15000. New suspension including Koni adjustables. Full Edelbrock preformance kit. Supercharger. I push nearly 900hp. I run the 1/4 mile in 9.3. My car costed about $20000 with paint and stereo. Can any of these $40,000 cars touch me, not.
