Completed Revell 41 Willys

Finally got round to finishing this one.
Paint is Tamiya M56 Purple Metallic & VW Brilliant Orange.
Wheels are Pegasus chrome T's with Pegasus aluminium sleeves on the rear. MCG grill & Scale Auto Style brakes.
As it's a slammer I took a few liberties with the suspension to get it to sit as I wanted it to (basically metal rod axles).

Thanks for looking
Andy

Smoooooooth

Is that a line of BMF separating the colors?
Excellent application!

Transmission Shift Problem , Camry 98

Hello ,

Sometimes my car starts off in high gear then after a few minuites revets back to normal.
Did a scan as engine light came on . Changed shift solenoid according to code readings and tranny oil

Drove good for one week then the problem came back .

Could someone help me.
God Bless
Butty

Re: Completed Revell 41 Willys

buttyscott,
This is a model car building forum. We probably can't help you with your Camry transmission issues. I would suggest taking it to a pro. Most backyards just end up wasting tons of $$$ trying to diagnose/fix their own problems.
Good luck, Kurz.

Smokin' Willys you have there. Great color scheme too. No problem with the "liberties" you took on the chassis, because it has the look!!! BTW, what is Tamiya M56 Purple Metallic?

Re: Completed Revell 41 Willys

Is either the front or rear brakes (I think the front) on backwards? I think the drills are suppose to spiral in the same direction. Either way, Awesome build! Another great one from AJ-MW.
