Closing of Flames Thread...new question.

Because many of you feel that you have to bash a topic that might have been sparked because of the FnF, the flames thread is closed. This is because when someone actually started giving me an answer, he got bashed and then people were bashing everyone all over the place. Whats up with that? Man i know we all have our days, and i had one with a thread sloth started a few days ago, but geez, you guys are freaking crazy. Get a life and start helping people and stop bashing them all the time. At least ONE person answered the question. And again, if anyone has anything CONSTRUCTIVE to add to this topic, go for it. If not, keep yer yapper shut.

If you look in the FAQ for this forum, it shows that one of the golden rules is "if you cant say anything nice, dont say anyhting at all" You people need to learn the difference between bashing and giving constructive cristicism.

I wasn't part of that and I think it's childish to argue over the internet.
All I can say about your throwing flame thing is you won't achieve results like the guy in the link:
-#1 your car is fuel injected,when there's no igniton,the injector probably won't dump gas in the cylinder.
-#2 even if it injected gas, it would all go in the catalitic converter and it would make it overheat,reducing it's lifespan.

I agree with you it looks somewhat cool,but there is a reason why only old cars and cars in films do it.
Because it's not easy to do to newer cars.

Your point has been made and I believe you are correct. Everyone needs to play nice, here. Regardless of whether it's the internet or an in-person conversation... the effects are the same or very similar. We are a community of enthusiasts who come here to share and gain knowledge... and in many cases... come here for entertainment as well. Everyone has their own individual opinions and ways of doing things and I feel that everyone has the right to share those opinions... however, I feel these thoughts and opinions can be shared in a mature fashion w/out the need for flames, arguing, and fighting. Come on guyz, that kind of stuff makes us all look bad and is very uneccesary. Frankly, it will not be tolerated... and reasonably so.

Please help keep our forums clean. Thank you.
