How big is that car. Sort of resembles a older civic(no offense) hatch. What are the stats on that car?

the almera replaced the sunny in europe, so about the same sizes as the sunny 3dr, 4dr and a 5dr. a couple of engines to choose from, the SR20DE (in hte GTI) being the far most interresting with 143hp, 190Nm (I think), does 0-62mhp in 7.4sec (if my memory doesn't trick me). weights around 1150-1200Kg. a friend has one and the handling is superb!!

altough he's got 17" with 205's (front), 215's (back) and springs from H&R, the handling is pretty good as stock too..

the japanese can pick it up with a 190(!)hp 1.6 liter that just revs and revs... redline around 9000... mad!! (featured in Gran Turismo2, the european gamerelease anyway) I think it ties with the honda s2000 with the hp/L

Yeah we have it in the GT2 release here also. It's called a Primera wagon though. Interesting stats. Thanks for the info.

Actually, its the Pulsar, but some Primeras shared powerplants with the Pulsar, even though displacement varied. (SR16VE, SR20VE). Europe should now have that new Almera (strictly for you guys, like that face-lifted Primera before the '01 model).

What so special about a rebadged Pulsar?
The GTi-R is a fast car, but then its a DOHC Turbo and 4WD so you would hope it is.
The GTi is only an 1800 and barely make 160hp, and is well, pretty slow. As for handeling, well they do pretty well for a car with a LOG for a real axle.
