Up and coming decisions...whatcha think?

Alright, so now that my big expendatures are coming to a close with moving my business ($10K so far with about $2K to go...*hopefully*), and my leases on equipment will cease come mid summer ($3.2K/month), heres my delima with some of the cash Ill be saving.

1) Ive got an auto, for those of you that dont know. Id like to convert it to a manual.

2) Planning on HS Header and GR Exhaust ($1k about)

3) Plus some JWT cams (another $500 ish)

4) Eventually get a turbo.......so heres the deal

It would seem to make some sense to bypass the header (save $500), and why purchase the exhaust without the header (save another $500 for now) when there are turbos available (BB $1900 or GTiR $2400 approx.) thru Heavy Throttle or others when Im already spending close to half that amount on just the exhaust system for the current set up.

Good thing about most JDM turbos is that they come with a tranny (ie: conversion right here, if its a manual), and I know ill still need more stuff for the conversion, but that will come when the time comes. Im in absolutely no rush to do this and am quite happy with the small ammount of mods done so far.

So Im thinking to just pass on the mods that cant be switched to the turbo and go with ones that can. I would really hate to purchase stuff and have to junk/resell/trade if they are not going into the new engine. Another thing, Im guessing Ill be at 100K on the odometer by late summer, and I maintain the engine well. Dont know why I thru that in but oh well...

So to summorize, save and get the turbo, save for all the "unexpected" expenses on the install and conversion, and dont spend money on mods unless they can be switched over....I guess that CAI & JWT POP was a waste...

Yes, but you can't use them. They are all AWD.
