Well... Aprilia makes two 50cc 2-stroke motorcycle that are not pocket bikes...

This one is a sport type
http://www.aprilia.com/models03/road...lo.phtml?id=34

They also have another 50cc bike that is a little more street fighter looking in my oppinion but my damn comp is fucking up so I can't get the other page to open to give a link but it is called a Tueno 50 or something like that...

Hope this helps

I don't know if they are street legal up their... if you have a tree hugging sort of state government you might not be able to merely because it is a 2-stroke and they "harm the environment". But other than that unless it is really tiny(which the pictures kinda make me think it is) it might be viewed as a hazard to have on the roads.

Sorry I can't really help... go talk to the DMV or whatever you have up there that can inform you if it is within regulation, that is the best I can say to be sure.

Re: small bikes

Probably talking about a Honda XR/CRF50.
They're not street legal either.

Re: small bikes

The Aprilia 50cc bikes are NOT street legal in PA. I don't know about other states, but I doubt they would be much different.

Only if they've already been registered. No new 2-strokes can be registered in CA.
