FS: 1999 G20t 5-Speed Black/Black

So anyone interested in my 1999 G20t? It has 62,000 miles currently. Paint is in decent condition. interiors is good. motor is blown but still runs fine. I want to see if anyone wants to fix it themselves and buy it cheaper or else I will fix it and sell it for regular price. I am selling the car for $14,000 as is right now and I will even throw in the suspension which is H&R springs with KYB AGX adjustable shocks all around.

I don't know man. Why are you selling? Don't let a little setback like this get to ya. Use it as an opperturnity. Oh well sorry to see ya go.

I know what you're saying but this set back really got to me and I have a feeling I am going to run into more problems. Anyways thanks for the concern and hopefully things will turn out good.

Well these types of things are going to happen with any modded car. If you let this type of thing get to you, there is chance you'll never see a project to completion. Well anyway you know how i feel, so good luck. I still think it would be a good idea to plop in a DET. After you swap in a new motor and from the amount you'll lose on selling it, you'd have been better off. Just my opinion.

heh sorrie to hear that its blown, but yah i know wat you mean.
my friend just got his i think 3rd DET motor transplanted and he just crashed his 240 into lamp post. (hahahah it was actually funny cuz he was cocky, but yah) when he first bought the car, he had to rebuild the stock motor ka24 so he wasted money there, and like right a way, he got a DET transplanted, and yeha he blew that shit up in like a week, then he got another one and it worked for 1 min and it was gone, and his third motor was fine. well its fine but his car is totaled, so he has to get a new one and changei t over. well my point is, i know wat u mean when u say u feel like more bad things are gonna happen cuz yah, we told my friend too to sell the car cuz its "cursed" LOL and yeah ill stop rambling on haha

That is a great point which I was about to state. You should consider that Tony

honestly...

Tony-

Keep your car- swap the motor with a DET to increase your enjoyment.

I say this only because I just looked up what your car is worth on www.kbb.com and you're sitting in a $13,645 car (using my 85020 area code). And I put "excellent" as the rating. This is counting your 5-speed tranny, your 62,000 miles, your spoiler, the touring package, and I didn't add a changer onto the list of what your car has, but I doubt it will bring it up to an even $14,000 AND allow the new owner to overlook the blown engine.

So- logical courses of action given the information presented:

1- sell car at a cheaper price.
2- get engine fixed/swapped and sell or keep it.

It's not that I wanna bag on you bro- I'm just being realistic.

That's all the fun of modding your car. You eff things up then you rebuild them and make it better!
