ANother problem. a LRAGE Power loss

driving home today, i tried to get on it.. i have absolutely no power. It took me at least 10 seconds to reach 60. Also , then engine note has changed alot. i dont understand what this problem could be. I checked for the cat being clogged with a temp gauge. Off the manifold its 900F, before the cat its 750f and after the cat its 774f.

Make sure your plugs wires are going to the right cylinders since you changed your opti. Huge power loss like that usually means you have a plug wire messed up somewhere.

well. it was running ok after i changed the opti. and last night i was driving home. And the car almost stalled. it wont rev past 3000 and wont go past 10 mph.. even with it floored. I opened the hood and the exuast was so hot the entire engine compartment was lit up. i checked it with my temp light.. but it only goes up to 1300F. COuld it be a fuel pump? maybe all thoes problems ive been having are the fuel pump. Before this happened. I noticed that around 4500-6000 the power droped off alot. And that from 50% throttle and 100% there was really no power. Might even have more acceleration at 50%. Still no engine light

i checked the fuel pressure... i dont know if im doing it right though. I hooked up the tester .. to the right spot i think.. it screws into the threads fine... but when its running or when i 1st turn it on the gauge dosent move.. even when i rev it. it dosent do anything.. almost like its not even hooked up...
