cam question?
hey ive herd people talking about putting an older model exaust cam into our cars. has anyone herd or donw this, is there in actual benefit to this, how hard is it to do, and where can i get my hands on one? thanks

There is a benefit and it's about 1/2 as hard a doing a full cam swap.
Keep checking out classifieds at www.se-r.net for an old exhaust cam. Any 91-93 FWD SR20DE cam will work.

No, I think you mean intake cam. I don't think the exhuast cam does anything at all. i'm not sure it's changed, or changed enough to make a difference. Just the intake cam makes the difference. The years above are the ones with the good cam.

cool man thanks, so what kind of power will i be pulling off if i do this, im planning on getting a header soon, and mabie some more crap who knows, money is tight but im tryin.
