Hyundai opens up new Tuner Site for Tibs
Seems that Hyundai has opened up a new Tuner site for Tiburons. I guess this is in conjuction with H.A.R.D. parts that will soon happen (hopefully).

Yeah, but at the same time you have to sense the irony on how they advocate a nice aftermaket, but they have no aftermarket warrenty or anything to get us inspired to mod our cars (course that's not stopping me!)

The Hyundai Tuner Challenge
Hyundai wants to see who can tune the best 2003 Hyundai Tiburon from looks to performance.
First the winner gets sent to SEMA 2004 in Las Vegas, Nevada, November 2-5, so they can meet with top shops and suppliers and scope possible parts and supplies needed to trick out the Tibby. Once the design is brought to life, both the designer and the car get sent to the 2005 Chicago Auto Show, February 11-13. The winner will be chosen on the basis of creativity, feasibility and engineering safety, enhancement of existing design and uniqueness. All you have to do is use the online templates and forms found at http://www.hyundaiusa.com/tuner/Challenge.asp to tell them how you’d tune this Tiburon if given the chance! Here’s how it works: Step One: Use the provided templates to sketch out your ideas for how you would tune a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon if you are selected as the winner. You can scan them in, or whatever, but you MUST use the templates they give you. Step Two: Use the online form to list the modifications you would make to the tuned Tiburon. It’s pretty much a fill in the blanks kind of deal. Step Three: Use the next form to tell how you’ve customized your current ride. It’s the same kind of set up as step two. Step Four: Upload your sketches of the planned modifications to the 2003 Hyundai Tiburon and images of your current, customized ride, then tell them who you are and how they can get in touch with you. Entries must be submitted by September 30th, 2004. And the winner will be announced around October 8th, 2004. Good luck!

... you have to be what 21?.. 25?...
and who really wants to work with apc... >? they know how much the tiburon community does not like apc... but im glad to see hyundai puttin it out there for people to get more involved i wish id be eligible to make a tib... i can do it within 16k... (but thats much more than alota apc tibs have...)
