Well...it does say"(concept)".
There's not really any place to race a prototype, but you never can tell what the Ferrari guys are up to.

Re: Enzo GT??

No, it is a phantom, a concept, a figment of somebodys imagination, not real.
Maserati (controlled by Ferrari) have built a racer based on the Enzo but it has so far not been allowed to race.

Re: Enzo GT??

Maybe Ferrari should do it because this car is exactely the way I pictured a Enzo GT... Inspiration from the 575GT (550modified) but put on the Enzo... nice work Davis & Giovanni !! Execpt maybe the pipes at the rear who look like plain straws sticking out a bit too far !!! For the rest... AMEN.

Re: Re: Enzo GT??

What's (or who's) Davis and Giovanni?

This was a mean one. If this was offered as a kit I would buy it even though I would hate myself for doing it.
I hate this whole modelling business. I started off doing a bike kit three years ago. Then I was stuck, I did bikes, bikes, bikes and ...well... bikes until my brother in law bought a Tamiya Peugeot and massacred it...I decided to do one myself to proove me better, got one and swore that it would be the only car. I would then return to the bikes, bikes, bikes type of life.
I got here to learn something about car modelling (cause I wanted to make that ONE car outstanding) and Phil and the other Pugelists taught me that I hade to buy another Pug if I wanted to get close to the truth...then I bought a Xanavi Skyline cause it was gordeous and now you come and post this life hazardous sucker and if, I say IF, this one ever hit the market I will stand here with 4 car models when my very comitted intention was to get none what so ever... I hate you guys ( )
/Joel - who probably is building Desert Storm tanks soon....

Re: Enzo GT??

It is a concept car(as said on the box). It is gorgeous! I would buy it if it wasnt BBR. I cannot choke down something that is 1/43 scale and twice the price of 1/24 cars...

So, it is in production? Therefor I should buy it referred to my last post
BUT if it's 1/43 I will stand aside. Going to 1/24 from 1/12 was a big step but this would be SO out of line ...

What I meant by concept was someone took a BBR model and modified it. Making it their own conept. This is nothing more than someones idea of a Enzo GT car.
