changing out the dash

I have a 88 2500 pickup and wondering if anyone has chnaged out the dash from a 95 pickup?

any problems incountered??

read this man, if ya where to get the dash from the dealer itd cost over 700.00... ebay under 200.00, get ya a haynes manual and that way you dont tear up ur dash when your pullin it out if you plan on it and etc....

Did get a dash from Ebay around 200 was missing the instrument cluster, found one locally for about 75..

Also got the newer seats from the same Guy for about 550,, electric and Nice.

I'm mainly worried about the way the wiring goes into the back side of the dash...and the steering column.

Have found the front end wiring harness from a 98 Pickup that has the Airbag sensors on it to hookup with the new Steering column.
