Rebuilt R34

I'm gonna share the miserable life of my first kit, A GTR Skyline 34 V-Spec...
Originaly built as a Box Stock Model, Bought around Aug 2000, Color was Red, Interior Stock.

As you can see, the windows are missing... due to a unfortunate shmelting accident. (I was quick drying it under a powerfull lamp...-_-")
2 years is sat on the top of my TV collecting dust, though once week i clean it.
Dec03... Just after finishing my 3rd Kit (Penzoil Skyline) with some leftover black i decided that i'll just redo the pain on the 34... also painted the wheels ash gray... still no wind sheild...
Apr this year i bought a VSpecII i was gonna make this a good one but due to an unfortunate falling from the balcony accident... i took what was left of it...
Put it on the black 34...
These pics were taken just this morning... wud you believe that this car fell 3 ft off a table?

I was gonna take a nice outdoor pics, so i brought my R34 & RX7 to the balcony table. took pics of the RX7 first and recived a message "Memory Card Full" went inside and pluged in another memcard... heard a horrible sound... and found the 34 dead on the floor... rear diffuser was in 5 pcs. bumper broke off and one wheel broke. lights went missing, broke some chassis parts... fixed it came out okay. but i was really pissed... sorry for the lack of pics...

The pics of my rx7 are found here...
I'm getting tired of messing my kits up... so maybe i'll go quit...
still i'll go here once in a while and gawk over the memebers awsome works...

TY...

Nice! I don't get it. What is making your models fall off tables? You? A cat? A sibling?

Great looking car. You are lucky though, as my friend had his porsche 959 fell off the balcony to the ground from 5th floor. was not a pretty sight

Re: Rebuilt R34

Please, don't stop modeling! Your models are beautifull!

...Can I suggest you just stop putting them into dangerous situations... If you like to throw your models, just make paper planes! I'm joking... But I'm really impressed by the nice finish of your work!

So, what's coming next?

Re: Rebuilt R34

Great Skyline, but you better keep it on the floor to avoid it falling down

"I'm getting tired of messing my kits up... so maybe i'll go quit..."

why would you do a thing like that? that skyline looks amazing. i cant even tell it fell..paint is flawless...and the interior is sooo nice.

actually......i think i have dropped all my models LOL.
you have to look at the positive aspects of your models...and remember your mistakes for the next.
