replacement seats for 04 GT?

I have a great new 04 GT, and love everything about it EXCEPT the durn front seats! I have a very fussy back & these seats make me crazy after only an hour of driving!

Anyone have recommendations on swap outs? Would the 04 SVT seats work in my GT? What aftermarket brand is your favorite & why? How extensive would mods need to be to install aftermarkets?

I've been researching this on the web for months now & have had little or no luck, (must be bad search criteria, I can't believe no one else has this problem?!) so any & all opinions, suggestions & sources are welcome!

Re: replacement seats for 04 GT?

I have back trouble too but I found my 40th anniversary seats feel great to my back. Everybody's back problem is different.

For aftermarket seats I'd say the company that makes the most comfortable would be Recaro. But they are also the most expensive $1000+ for 2 front seats starting. But if It really bothered my back it would be worth it. If you want to sell ya 2 front seats out of ya 04 when you decide send me a PM sometime.
