Sparq or anyone else audio educated... Question about overheating...

I'm not suspecting it with my amp (Infinity RA7502), but I was wondering how I would be able to tell if my amp is or were to ever overheat? Would it just shut off, or what? This amp IS equipped with some sort of protection circuit, (either for overheating, or too much power going to it, or both, can't remember). Thanks.

I think every amp in American , and from europe in your case ~ has temperature/overheat cutoff. Its a way to protect the amp from literally melting the internal circuitry... So you have nothing to worry about my friend...

Cool deal then, thanks for heads up both of you guys. It's so weird as you noted Sparq, to say my amp is Euro spec, and living here in the US. In all actuallity, I think the only real difference between my amp, and the former US counterpart, was the model number. =\
