First off any is only one more letter then ne.
Secondly Why you accepting challenges on a stock civic?
Thirdly "doesnt have ne mods sept new engine"...Well most engine swaps = for more power, unless it is a beater.
And Lastly...They do have Honda Forums.

Oh by the way if you want speedz and modz, you c4n g3t h00ked up on 3bay! Just go buy "car chips for $7.00" and "electric superchargers for $30.00" Good luck man, hopefully we catch you in the fast and furious 3.

Im done

Re: 2004 honda civic Vs 1978 camaro

was all that ripping all that entirely necessary? to me he didn't come off nearly as stereotyped as you depicted him to be. Seems like people have a natural hard on for dissing hondas, even the ones without cars at the moment (ehem) you're so bad ass why dont you challenge him to a race, the public bus vs his 04 civic. On another note i have no idea of the specs but its quite possibly enough to take you stock, if you have some serious money go to the honda section of the forums and find links to online stores for honda performance parts, honda is one of the most popular companies for tuner cars so theres bound to be a wide array of resources to use, best i can give you man.

A 78 Z28 has 185 bhp @ 4000 rpm, 280 lb-ft @ 2400 rpm.
A 2000 civic Si has 160 bhp @ 7600 rpm, 111 lb-ft @ 7000 rpm.

You never said what trim you have and what engine he dropped in so I picked the best of both. He's got more power and torque, and with a bigger engine dropped in (which is what I bet he has) he'll beat you pretty good, but I guess you can't back out now short of totaling your ride...

Talking

hahahahahaha!!!! yeah a 502 is nothing!!!! you'll be able to take him in your civic....but once u do your alram will go off and u will wake up!

but on the serious side most people who do an engine swap on american muscle cars put a bigger and badder engine setup in.....they are really easy to work on and complete.

If you have a decent amount of cash, and know what your doing, then yeah, you could take him...but from what I gather, you dont...So just find a two lane road, have another friend drive a ways down in front of you, beat him to your friend, and block off the road...

Maybe an RSX Type-S engine swap or a turbo? If you can do that in a week, well, you have props from me... an engine swapped camaro can be a wicked thing, although he's probably also got some mods to help reduce the pollution control stuff on his car, otherwise the 70s restrictive exhaust should keep him from doing as well as he could otherwise...

You know 209 neon made a good point in his joke. Get N20 (nitrous). Get like a 50hp or 75hp shot. Its like 400 500 bucks for a kit and its an easy install. Other then that you only have time for stuff like bolt ons.

Re: 2004 honda civic Vs 1978 camaro

anyone else not seeing how stupid it is for this kid to be racing in a brand new engine? Youve had this car for a week, the engine is not broken in yet, it wont be broken in till around 10,000 miles. Racing and redlining it now could damage your engine and cause alot of problems latet on down the road.

Re: 2004 honda civic Vs 1978 camaro

oh yea I didnt even think about. Well theres your way out just tell the guy you need to break your engine in then you will race him. That gives you time to do mods also.
