FS: 302 inch R-block motor

R-block, eagle crank internally balanced, eagle rods, custom CP pistons stock bore 8:1 compression with 64CC heads swain gold coat/PC9 coated, TEA 205CC twisted wedge heads, cammotion solid roller (242/236 @ .050, .666/.672 .010 hot lash) TFS-R intake, 96 pound injectors, and that's about it. Took my 3200 pound race weight coupe to consistent 6.40's @ 115 MPH with 16 pounds of boost and 92 octane. To duplicate this longblock it would cost around 9 thousand dollars. Motor has about 12000 street/drag miles on it. If you want I can freshen it up before I sell with new rings/bearings/gaskets. Selling it for personal reasons. I have an offer locally, but I'm not sure how legit he is for it so that's why I'm posting it on here.

6500 OBO, PLUS SHIPPING

Edit: This motor uses the stock 4 inch bore and the stock 3" stroke, so it is a true 302 inch motor. It does use a 5.4" rod though, so it makes for a VERY free revving motor.

Come on, somebody wants to buy this thing! The crank/rods will easily withstand 1000+ horsepower (seen a similar combo max out a 1200 RWHP dyno with a bigger turbo) so you don't have to worry about breaking anything in it.

I would.. but I don't got $6.5k to throw around. anyways my TT 351c is already well on its way. I could ask around and see if anyone I know wants a motor... very nice motor btw.

It's a bit of a toss up right now. If I do sell it i'm going to move to a 99+ mod car, I want a bit more civility in my next car. If I don't sell it I'm going to swap a 4V motor into it, so either way i'm probably going mod.

Re: FS: 302 inch R-block motor

Could you post a pic or send me a pic of your notch with some info (condition, inside, outside, mods, possible price, ect)? Just some food for thought. That is if you are interested of course.
