Question Need Manual Help, please

Friend of mine has a 2003 Subaru WRX and is getting into tuning, but he is unable to find a Haynes/Chilton/Helmes manual for his car. He is begining to want to take on more and more complex tuning, but doesn't dur to no manual.

He claims there is no Haynes manual for his car yet, I think he's full of it.
So, what's the story? Is there a manual out there? Or is there a handy dandy website where the factory manual can be downloaded like Honda's?

any help you can shoot my way would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

No Haynes manual and no site that I know of where you will download a manual.

Sorry.

Not long ago there was some kind of law passed where all major manufacturers had to make their service manuals and related stuff available online. Subaru's site is at http://techinfo.subaru.com It's $19.99 for a 72 hour subscription, and you can download all you want during that time.
