Question Car choking itself

i have a friend that says if you have intake and exhaust w/no headers, your car is choking itself, ummm is it true or is he a A$$hole cause i beat his little tiny civic????

A$$hole....

Exhaust lets the car exhale, intake helps it inhale....

No comment on civics........

your car would be breathing a little better with a set of headers, as it will be able to move more air. This will also effect the tone of your exhaust. You're car isn't choking to death though...if it is, civics must really suck ass
