Metabolism pills

So I'v been working out..trying to get that six pack and now I'm getting more serious about it. I am trying to stay on a good diet( thinking of going on that south beach diet), I run at least 10 mins everyday, and now I'm taking metabolism pills called zentre-something along with a multi-vitamin. I'm not sure if they work. I don't feel all hyper like I thought I would, but my stomach does feel funny and I don't feel too hungry most of the day. The funny thing is my piss comes out like radio-active neon green. That was wierd at first. So has anyone else tried something like this? What were your experiences? Did they work?

The piss thing...drink more water until it's clear(er). Same thing happens when I drink 2 or more of those energy drinks before a workout.

It is better if they don't work. that stuff is really hard on your heart (if it works)

ephedra = banned substance in sports and illegal for sale in the US.

Not to mention it can do some serious damage to your body if used incorrectly.

Incorrect use for some of these products is just using them at all

If you read any of the ephedra free bottles, its mostly caffiene mixed with herbal substances to make you metabolise faster. The caffiene speeds up your heart and when you artificially and naturally speed up your heart you greatly increase your risk of a heart attack and heart problems in the future. Most of the herbal substances will just make you shit more so that you are losing weight. But while you're losing the weight, you are also losing valuable vitamins and minerals that you body needs so once you stop taking them, your metabolism will slow down and you'll gain the weight back. The only real way to drop the poundage is a higher calorie output than calorie imput. There for, eat healthier and make sure you excercise regularly. In the end, that will work. It'll take longer but it'll work....

Why go on a diet? Diet's are the lazy person's excuse to lose weight. That is, unless you're eating healthier foods just to stay healthy. Just eat like a normal person would and exercise. Running for 10 minutes doesn't do shit, go for at least 30. Throw the pills away, they do more harm than good. Are you trying to lost weight? Build muscle?

i wanna gain muscle. working out and eating alot, anything else?

Ephedrine is contained in some cold/flu medications.

If it's just ephedra, go a few more steps refined to pseudoephedrine and snort some speed. Once again, metabolism pills = bs rip off.
