That video was shot here in Long Beach, Ca.
That particular on-ramp is the Stearns On-ramp to the 405 South. He passes the 605 North and 22 West interchanges. The on-ramp is about... 1.5 miles from my house. I could care-less about the race, just that I saw my neighborhood on the Internet.. WOOT. Race... I've seen better, but was cool.
