It was coined by Jay-Z (a rapper for the non-hippers) and means "For sure, my Nigga"
Thats why they dont say the full thing on ESPN anymore (anyone notice?). Early on Stuart Scott would say the full phrase but they put an end to that real quick...like 1 day. They just say "Fo shizzil!" now. ...S to the izzay ...H to the izzam ...Fo shizzil my nizzil ends the name with the A-M !
