"fo shizzle ma nizzle" is a bastardization of "fo' sheezy mah neezy" which is a bastardization of "for sure mah nigga" which is a bastardization of "I wholeheartedly concur with you my African-American brother."

The way to speak this language is simple. Take the 1st sound of almost any word and the rest of the word replace with 'izzle' or 'eezy'.
