69 vs 67

which is faster stock and which one do you think looks best.(personal opinions)

(oh yea and for the lil red wagon it was a post to see if anyone here knows anything more then cars..the point is that all things fall at the same rate no matter the weight so niether would win...so yea it was a bullshit thread that obviously noone understood..hmmm i wonder nvmd)

You might want to retake some of those physics classes.

Things will fall at the same rate only when the friction is 0. The viper and the cart are pushed down a hill (as stated by you) so even we consider that hill in a vacuum (which you did not specify) and aerodinamics do not come into play. Pushing an object down a hill implies that both car and wagon are rolling on their wheels. in that case their differences in internal mechanical friction (wheel bearings, differentials ETC) will cause them to accelerate at different rates.

So your question should have stated " If you would throw a viper and a lil red wagon off a hill (implying that they will not be rolling and rather falling) in a perfect vacuum who would win?"

So yes I would say we know a few things beyond cars.


And I would choose the 69 mach 1 based on looks since i don't know that much about their performance.

i would take the 67 fastback, but the mach 1 i beleive is faster. now if we were talkin the shelby mustang fastback thats a whole new story

between the two cars in question, the performance is pretty much the same.
so we'll have to go on styling.
i love the 67 styling, and we owned a few, so i'm partial.

since i prefer rarer cars, i'd choose one of the two i listed, most likely the 67 boss 302.
my dad owned a 428 powered 68, and said it was crazy, but i'd like to turn corners...

i got it now.
the boss302 is a 69-70.

so if that's the case, i'm choosing the boss cars for performance in the 69.

but if it's not a boss, i want the 67 gt, i like the style more...

i think i would take the 69 now that i take some time to think of it cause if i got the 67 i would want the gt500 which i could probably never afford..

If I was getting a Boss I'd rather have a 302 than a 429. Also I would rather have a 70 Boss 302 instead of the 69 cause the 70 had the shaker hood stock the 69 didn't.

Also if I was getting a Shelby Mustang I would rather have a GT-350R over any year GT500 which cause of "Gone in Sixty Seconds" has become so overrated.

Between the ones originally up there I'd take the MACH1 I just love the look of it.
