The only "chrome paint" that I am aware of is bumper chrome paint from Plasti-Kote. You can find it at many automotive parts stores. There is also a terrific product called Alclad that many online model companies carry. Most of the chrome you see on models is applied with a vacuum plater at the factory, or applied by aftermarket companies such as Little Motor Kar Company or Chrome-Tech USA (whom I have had 4 bad experiences with - won't use them again!).
