Anyone got any sick tips?

Okay, I don't think this is a stress release.

But, strange, I wake up today, felling like shit, I still do. I try and go back to sleep, but that just makes me throw up. I've tried eating crackers, well, they won't stay down ethier. What am i supposed to do? I can't eat anything, because it won't stay down. Any tips. Cuz, ugh, I feel like shit.....

Edit: I was supposed to go help my friend with something, but I don't think i should in my current state. I want to, but.....should I?

Lay around the house, drink lots and I mean lots of water/gatorade/juice and do nothing. I know it sucks and you want to go do something, but one day of misery is better than three.

Diet Pepsi and Pepto Bismol:

Slam a bottle of each

Run for the bathroom

you will throw up so hard that when you are done the crap that was in your stomach making you sick will now be out, and soon you will feel better.

Ahhh the joys of stomach flu! First of all, if you are still sick stay away from your friend, as I am sure he would rather do whatever it was alone rather than spend a day puking.

7Up also is good, and if you can get a hold of it, CocaCola syrup.

I agree with everyone who has mentioned pushing the fluids (water, 7Up, Gatorade, etc.) You need to replace the fluid you've lost. Try some dry toast as well, if you can keep it down, it's bland and should settle on your stomach well. Rest, relax, and don't go out today. I'm sure we can entertain to the best of our abilities.

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well.

Maxolon (a prescription drug that they give patients having chemotherapy to stop them from feeling sick). Works wonders!

Hopefully you’re feeling better today and won’t need it.

Allow me to update ya'all.

Okay, I got feeling better last night

It usually takes me a full day. But while i was trying to go to sleep last night, I got this pain, felt like some one was stabbing my liver to shreds. It hurt, and actually made me groan in pain. But its gone now. I swear, I've never known a pain that bad.

I dunno what it was Pman to be honest.

I was sick about 2 weeks ago. Worst f**kin' feeling in the world. I just want to be left alone and sleep when I am like that. One time I was sick for 6 days straight. I just got out the bed to $hit and shower. The worst f**kin days of my life!!!!
