Fuel Management???
Ok, I'll be running a T-25 turbo intercooled at 6-9 psi and no more. My question is what will I need besides a fuel pump on a stock D16a6 to be pretty safe??? Somebody please help me out!!! I'm looking for the most cheapest and reliable.

Check this site out.
http://matt3t4.20m.com/photo5.html If you scroll down a little bit, after all the engine specs, Matt gives some pretty good advice on turbo setups. Along with a 255 lph fuel pump, he recommends a fuel pressure regulator. (A B&M can be had for $35) Honestly, you want to go with a more tuneable setup, such as larger injectors and a standalone engine management. But if you absolutely can't afford it, the pump and FPR will work. |

Should I be even more safe with 30lb injectors, a FPR, and a 255lph fuel pump??? Do i need a new fuel rail with the injectors??? How much would these three things run me??? I'd probably say around $300, am i right??? thx for the help!

Go check out Matt's site. Or just ask him since he's here. The pump and FPR should be fine for such small amounts of boost, from my understanding. The bigger injectors come into play when you increase your boost.
