I think it's because our team has the best power plant in the world for our cars namely "Mercedes-Benz", and with the worlds best drivers "Mika Hakkinen" and "David Coulthard" behind the wheels of our F1 road beast I feel sorry for the rest of the F1 drivers. this is I have to say to team Ferrari, I:monkeypis on you and to Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello your going to get :badass: and blow away if you try to test Team McLaren on the race course!!!!!!!

My favorite driver is Coulthard. His engine blew up at Montreal on Sunday, but he was losing .5 seconds a lap, so that sucks. Williams has the best powerplant, but I dont care.
GO COULTHARD

BMW-Williams is the best!!!! they have the best powerplant already mentioned by Chris. Mika Hakkinen is a stud though. he drove the F1 up to 220 mph.

You're right about the bad season...out of his previous ten races he failed to leave the starting grid six times (i think). He's long past due for a win.

Well it is all going to come back to him this is only a short-term bad luck he will do a lot better next season I know that.
Oh well btw the BMW are not really that great F1 cars they still have not worked out all the bugs out of it but they will sooner or later and then they will be in the top 2 best teams right now they are like in the top 3 hehe.

Hakkinen could very well take a break with personal issues at hand. It has already begun to show in his performance, and even their team has begun to shine the spotlight on Coulthard. But that's not to say that Hakkinen won't reclaim the throne once more; it's all a matter of time. Team McLaren Mercedes should not be underestimated Ferrari!
My life was complete when I was able to see Coulthard's F1 resting on a pedestal at a recent LA auto show. |

I personally think he should not be back, he is an excellent driver, but, Mclaren will be the 3er team next year, and who nows after that. He recently tested in the DTM series, for mercedes of course, and the times were right there since the first moment. I think he should go to that series and stay there. Remember Renault? They had shown what they can do, and they will. Ferrari is Ferrari, and will be ferrari as long as Michael is there, so until 2004, they will be there. Williams is showing the most potential now, with 2 youngs and fast drivers.

BMW-Williams works best on a very fast track (like Monza, where Montoya one, no doubt aided by his high-speed experience from CART)
I hope McLaren can get back on the ball, I want DC to win a World Championship!! |

actually, Shumie might not win. Ecclestone and Mosley threatened him...if he doesn't race in the US, the might take his championship from him

Hmmmm... Thats a tough call.He won there last year, so it shouldnt be a problem. He has the championship already, so why cant he take a break??? They dont have the right to dictate what he can and cannot do. That is just wrong. What if his favorite aunt died, and he wanted to be at the funeral on a sunday, would they make him race then???
They cant take away the championship. PS I have heard rumours that if Hakkinen leaves, Alesi (I think) will be the replacement. |
