MoviStar Honda RC211V 2003 **PIC**
Hi

Here is a model I have made few weeks ago. I was too lazy to take picture before. It's a Tamiya MoviStar Honda RC211V 2003 with some added CF decals

looks very good how did you get the little green line on the rim
is it a decal or paint.

More sweet bikes? AWESOME! Seems like AF is being overrun by different sorts of projects of late. Great bike, seriously, it looks fantastic. At least all these two wheelers are Hondas... brings a tear to my eye....

I forgot to say, the color is wrong !

it should be telefonica (dark metalic blue) But on some picture, I have seen this bike lot lighter so I gone for Racing Blue. Not quite perfect match, but overal it look better

Yeah, I used the blue that Tamiya instrcuted and it's too dark, I think yours is too light though, so something in between would be best!

Great work though, I had a lot of problems with the decals ripping, especially on the lower cowl behind the front wheel, I also melted the edges of some decals with clear coat so i've given up on my body and I'm just completing the chassis. Did you clear coat over your decals out of interest? Also how did you get around the decal problem? Did you cut some of the decals into smaller pieces? There was a lot of clear carrier film in between the patches of yellow which I found annoying. Sorry for all the questions! It shows you did great!
