How about an International Harvester forum

There's one for Seat, TVR, Mclaren and Vector, so I think there should be an IH forum.

Let's assume you mean the light trucks and not the farm tractors......well I guess one could argue the truck forum is the place for them.
They have been out of production for 24 years, so maybe they are not too relevant.
Then again, the Deusenberg and Packard forums are for more rare, older and more obscure vehicles and still seem to survive.

Re: How about an International Harvester forum

Well, How much activity is there over at the Seat or Morgan forums? I fully support those forums existing, but I just think that if they have been added, an IH (yes, the trucks, not the tractors) would draw a pretty respectable crowd.

There are tons of scout/IH sites on the net, along with a few forums, but one of the strengths here is that this site draws so many people. Someone coming to look for info on a SEAT might have info to offer on a Nash.

IH made hundreds of thousands of these things and there are tons still on the road. I have owned two and they are plentiful. In fact, a co-op bought most of the tooling and rights for parts and new IH/scout parts are still available.

They make the heavy trucks, sure. I own one, and I just bought a new 5 ton 4000 series truck for my company. The thread refers to the light trucks only, like the Scouts, Travelall, and pick up trucks, which were last made 24 years ago.
