Seems like the going rate. I have shopped prices at 4 shops in Phoenix for 410's and they are in the 600-700 range full install including bearings and seals. If it's just the gears that's too much.

Gears+ install average is $500 so use that as your ballpark.
on an 04 GT your speedo needs to be fixed electronically not with a speedo gear. If your getting a chip you can correct the speedo through the chip and don't need the speedcal.
