Newest order from HLJ

Hey HLJ is now shipping to me the following:

Fujimi Lancer Evolution V Toghe edition
Tamiya Skyline R34 GT-R

For the Lancer, I'm going to do white with red Sparco seats. I'im still considering ordering some rims for it. What I'm thinking right now is Enkei NT-03's

For the Skyline, I'm going to try to make it into a Signal Auto Street Version. I'm want the body to have a Midnight Purple color (or equivalent) and Volk Racing Wheel Ray's Engineering, TE-37. I also want to paint the seats red like Bride's.

Does any one know where I can order tuner decals like Endless, Signal,
Volks, etc?

Otherwise whadya think?

I just back from the model shop and they've told me that the only purple that they have is Tamiya and it is really bright. A little brighter than this smilie . This really disappoints me. I now have to think of another color. I might do black. Any body know how to do carbon fiber? I want the hood to look like that. Jay, didn't you have a link about doing that?

Not handy, but I'll look. It was that Tamiya site about the CLK DTM car, and they detailed spraying through mesh to simulate the look. You may be better off with one large decal (like the ones from Modelers.)

The VW i done was the Tamiya Purple and it is dark but looks very nice when finished.
