Progress: Wide body Shelby Series 1

Well im starting a new project. I saw a while ago some one was making a wide body shelby series 1. So i found mine and i decided to do a wide body on it. This is going to be my first putty model. I practice with it and seems easy enough. Im going to put the putty on soon. But these pics are what i have so far. Any comments are welcomed.

Parts of the frame are painted.

Small putty added. From the front fenders to the back fenders. Going to work more when it is dry. Nothing to big. Just to add some width on it. Sorry for the bad pics. Lighting isn't all that great. Going to put the rear bumper on and work on that.

Thanks every one so far. Do you mean the rear bumper. If so it is all ready on. I might have to make it bigger. Looks to small. I don't know what to do with the front end and the rear end yet.

there is no moded shelbys that is the prob. the first one i have seen that is'nt originla in the body is my model....
now when i looks at my i loves it... i did't earlier. but i think the shelby hould looks fine with a bigger oval airintake in the front... just to make it look more hungry...

Man that sucks. But if you make the opening larger the air duct will not line up.

Maybe i'll just make the fog lights go away and make the lip bigger. I'm still thinking.

Re: Progress: Wide body Shelby Series 1

The putty i'm using is Tamiya epoxy putty smooth surface. The stuff in the blue box. Thanks for the thanks. Going to put putty on the front soon. Taking out the turning lights and maybe the fog lights.

Well got new pics of the putty so far. Just learned i could turn off the flash. You can see the work alot more. Shows the work on the front bumper to the rear end. Need more work on the rear bumper but the exhaust is in the middle. One pic of the frame at the momment. Sorry for the blurry pics. I need ideas for interior painting.
