Cool Progress: 1/43 Pagani Zonda Roadster

Joining in the 1/43 scale mania!

This car is one of my favorites and will prolly never be done in 1/24 scale so I decided to get this kit.

Made by Provence Moulage, it's very nice quality.

Includes two sets of clear parts, lots of etch, alum. rims, and jewel like pieces for headlights and tail lights.

Supercool choice of subject!

Although it 's no 1/24th I ll still be following this with great attention, as I think smaller = more difficult. and hey, difficulty is not a problem for you, is it !

Now what colour are you planning?

Ciao

Yes! I was hoping someone would start a progress thread on this kit. I love this car. 1:43 scares me (seems too small), but I am going to have to get this kit. I can't wait to see this one built.

Brian, if you don't mind my asking, where did you order the kit from? I've checked around a few places, but no one seems to have one in stock.

Nice, PM kits seem to have really upped their game in the last 18 months. This makes me want mine even faster! What color are you planning on doing it?

Cool. Thanks for the link. Just order one for me. It'll be my first resin kit and 1:43 kit. Pearl yellow will look great on the car.

Hi Veyron,

The website is very good, lots lots of tentation

but, i've never did a model on that scale (1:43) is it harder or easier than the 1:24 ?

Tanx.

It seems the same, just have to be careful with paint thickness as panel lines and other details are small. Definitely a job for the airbrush.

Other than that, use the same basic rules of modeling.
