Re: rotarys vs evos vs supras

why don't you ask in the car comparison forum...
if you're not posting a street race, or don't own one, or can't afford to own one...

don't ask about it.

in short, it depends on what your goal is, and what you plan to do to the car.

it's not as easy as just saying "its X car..."

Bingo!

This not the forum for asking which car is better, or faster. It is the forum for stating which car is better, or faster, from experience such as racing.

We have a sub-forum under Cars In General titled Car Comparisons. Threads like this belong in that forum.

Re: Rotarys Vs. Evos Vs. Supras.

it depends on what you want. they all have their upsides and defaults.
evos have awd and that can help with exceleration but they only have a 2.0 I4. i think.
supras have bigger engines but the turbos give a lot of turbo lag.
i dont know very much about rotarys, i guess you mean the mazdas, i know that they are quick thou.
you have to go with the car you like

Re: Rotarys Vs. Evos Vs. Supras.

i would also say all above, you have asked a broad question so it would be hard to answer it.

Re: Rotarys Vs. Evos Vs. Supras.

I've got a question:

A rotary what? You can put a Wankel in lots of cars. I've even seen one in a Chevy Bel Air. What size rotary? Is it a 1.2, 1.3, 2, 2.6-liter, or what?

The thread starter will need to elaborate more, specifying which Supra(out of four generations) and which Evo(out of eight different versions).

Re: Rotarys Vs. Evos Vs. Supras.

Do some reading around the forums before posting vague threads such as this one
