Integra sedan/coupe comparison

Can anyone give me some sort of help on listing out some differences between the DC-2 integra coupe and its four door counterpart? Such as wheelbase, roof length, front/rear door lengths..etc...and If these differences are noticeable enough to actually require modifications to a 1/24 or 1/25 kit?
I have been through google.ca and there were limited info on the comparison of both cars. Any extra help would be nice.
Thank you.

Well the whole front end is the same as coupe, just from the front doors back everything is longer, but trunk, bumper is the same. Hope this helps.

I've wondered that myself.
Road and Track Mag. used to publish reviews of cars with a scale side view of the car. You might look in your local library for back issues.
A Acura dealer might also have some old brocures around.

DC2 - Coupe
DB8 - Sedan
Overall shape the same , no hatchback or what so ever...

DC2 - Shorter in overall length as it is only 2 door
DB8 - Longer in overall length as it is 4 door

that's the difference, the wheel arch, roof height are all the same...but the undercarriage must extend together with the car body too...and the window of the front and rear doors are suppose to be bigger than DC2...and the yeah

dude you wanna try doing a DB8 ? ? ? GO FOR IT !

Looking at these pics you could almost do the same roofline. I don't see any difference. your deffinently going to need to lengthen the back of the car and move the b piler over., and since your lenthening the back your gonna need to lenghten the chassis too. and it looks like your gonna need to make a new bac window too but thats easy

I also contemplating doing this several times to a Revell Integra, really is'nt that hard to do, just would take alot of time,

Re: Integra sedan/coupe comparison

AsongKar: yes DB8 thats the chassis code! It was somewhere inside my head...

Thank you for the pictures gasman.

Thanks everybody for advices.

This idea had been in my head for quite some time now...One day I drew this rough sketch..

Today I used the search engine again. All I got from google.ca was a 2inch difference in wheelbase (which probably cant be seen in 1/25) and some more overall length. I kind of had doubts about the roof length and I am not even sure if their info are accurate. Thats why I wanted to hear from you experts at AF!

Making a sedan out of a 2 door had once took me almost half a year (eg. the EK4 sedan might had bored everyone out by my slow progress). Therefore I might work on a couple quick builds first, at the same time gathering some more infor so that I could build a fairly convincing DB8.

Again help is gladly welcomed.
