I'm a mod on the Honda/Acura forum and I'm ashamed to know that there are people here like this guy. Giving all you Nissan guys a bad reputation. I thought we were all car fanatics whether it be a Honda, Nissan, Mazda, etc....

I don't know about you guys but I enjoy seeing a nice ride, and we are against anything the negative. I've been autocrossing Hondas for 8 years now and come to realize that "IT'S A CAR!". It's the owner that makes it bad for everyone.

You can have moronic Honda drivers just like moronic Nissan drivers, or Ford drivers, etc....

Ignorant Nissan people go on and on about how torque is more important than horsepower and Hondas don't stand a chance because they have no torque. Then ignorant Honda people go on and on about how it doesn't matter because they have VTEC.

I don't know when it will end, but it just makes the people on both sides look retarded, then the Subaru people laugh and smoke both of us. When will people realize that it just doesn't matter? Very few Hondas and very few Nissans are built to actually be fast, and the sentras, civics, and integras are definately NOT those cars.

Sorry you had to deal with that crap, I wish the rest of us could keep a leash on people like that, but we just can't

ok, sorry for who ever did this! but someone just like 2 weeks ago came talkin mess about a VQ35DE all over the nissan forums! so dont come crying and try to act like a victim. this is something that will keep on goin for ever! until these stupid ricers realize how a car is just a car! but sorry anyway for who ever started that gay thread! maybe you should just ban him instead of telling us like if we were his mommy!

Nope no crying here. Just like you guys cannot control him, I cannot control the Honda/Acura guys. Morons will be morons. I'll apologize for the moronic ricers you guys get from our section. It's actually very unfortunate that there has to be people like this - whatever the car they own.

I respect good drivers. I don't have a grudge against Hondas. The fact is in my area Hondas rule the road whether they are modded or half dead. I get sick of racing them every week (but I dont hate them) I just want some new competition. I've won and been beaten over and over I admit it why can't anyone else.?

Exactly. I usually just ignore them most of the time. Heck I got revved on by a 1992 Saab turbo. My problem is with 9 sponsors on my car it's hard to be covert and not noticeable

it's been a WHILE since ive used these forums, been on NissanForums.com and whatnot. ive got a 2003 XE that by the end of this summer will SMOKE your average SpecV, SE-R, WRX, honda, most anything

T28 turbo 3in turboback exhaut, full head work (port and polish, both manifold port matched to head, full valvetrain work, 3 angle valve job, custom IC and piping, full Stage 3 LevelTen auto tranny rebuild (yes for all you automatic haters, a Stage 3 LevelTen auto will SPANK it's manual counterpart) as well as a LIST of other mods for suspension and whatnot to keep the wheels planted on the ground. the guy im working with figured the math for me, my 1.8L turbod nissan sentra (second EVER turbo'd QG18DE) will put down between 250-300 whp and about that same # in torque. .... on a ~2800pound car. with a 25-50shot of nitrous, im looking at a low 11's-mid 12's car.

I'm not expert in mods and parts, but I think if you would have gotten the '03 SE-R base model, you could easily put out the same whp numbers with less mods, not to mention the torque numbers would be pretty high as well. Even so, good luck with your car.

and chris. no. you definately COULDNT pump over 350whp out of a Spec V without blowing it up. the QR25 is an open deck block. this makes for more room for cylinders (aka bigger pistons, largers displacement) but it also makes the block SUBSTANTIALLY weaker. people have been trying to turbo the QR25, i think the highest numbers anyone got was about 296whp with ~ $8000 worth of mods done to the INTERNALS on that engine to build them up. and even then, he couldnt run more than like 7-8psi of boost. granted, 296 aint bad. but, for $5000, im getting full stage 3 headwork, a custom turbo setup, exhaust, and if i can pull together the extra $2000, a full LevelTen bulletproof rebuild of my tranny. ...that'll handle about 10-12psi of boost on totally stock internals, and will set me up to about 300-350 whp. once i build up the internals, im shooting for 400+ and still street legal
