Re: Wish, there is a model for this car!!!

and what makes a little bit crazier is that it's swedish....

any way.
how about the other small manufacturers out there?
no zonda apart from a 1/43.
no tommy kaira zz-2.
no elise/exige.
no tvr.
no ascari.
no noble.
and not many 993 porsches.
sometimes i really get the urge to try to form a body for these.
anyone know where i can get hold of a good set of plans?

Interesting car.

You want a model? Well, there are side, front, rear views on their website. You can lay out the drawings and generate a top view as well from the other views and looking at the photos. Scale the drawings to 1/24 and voila!

Then start hacking away!

There are so many great references on that website. Closeups of the frame, brakes, gearbox, even detailed pics of the sub-assemblies and how they attach to each other. Great Stuff.

Its very tempting to start a scratchbuild, just gotta improve my skills a bit.

Cheers

Re: Wish, there is a model for this car!!!

Start with a Modena, wouldn't be that hard. The front and side look very similar. You'd have to scoot the cockput forward, rework the back of the roofline, and the rear end is simple enough to go at without much of a donor. Not simple, but not all that hard if anyone has the skills.
