91 4rnnr 3.0, stage 1 centerforce clutch w/ downey air cleaner,full downey exhaust cat and muffler....w/ jet chp(which is pricey but she does purr and accellerates to about 3600 a lot faster)4" pro comp stage 2 lift , warn hubs, w/ 32x11.50 she is pretty quick but i want more POWER! What else can i do w/o going w/ a supercharger?

GO with cams next, i put a TRD stage 1 cam in my 95 with the 22r and it is by far my best modification. Crane cams is very similar to the TRD cams i have heard.

I appreciate your help. Whats the cost on sumthin' like that? What kind of performance increase?

Deeper gears (numerically higher) will make a big differance too. I'm not sure if they are available for your truck, but it is likely since it is a 4x4.
