I see you know your mechanics with the 99 accent, I can not fill my tank, I removed the 1/23 in hose going into the canister and now I could fill fast, then IZ put the 1/2 hose back and took off the smaller 1/4 in hose that goes to the purge valve up front under the hood , and I could also fill up the tank, so now I dont know if the purge valve stays closed and you cant blow air through the line lung power, so this leads me to believe what you gave the other guy an answer that the shut off and air filter in the canister could be bad,what do you think.? thanks
