Different front and rear tire Radius

Does anyone have any opinion on running 245/45ZR/16's on the front and 245/50ZR/16. I know the car would be slightly lower in the front witha little more wheel space, but do you think it would look good or just make the car look off.
Does anyone know if it would affect performance at all?
