Could this be considered as cheating?
Okay, here's the situation:
I've been going out with this woman(I'm 18, she's 20) for 5 weeks and 4 days. The other night; my friend Brandie asked me if I wanted to go to the movies with her(she knows I have a g/f). I have known her for 3 years or so. I asked my g/f if I could go and she said yes (because she trusts me). The problem comes from my mom, who thinks I'm cheating on my g/f even after I told her that we were only going to the movies as friends. If anyone has any kind of advice or suggestions, I welcome them with a semi-open mind. P.S: It may sound strange, but when I was 17 I went out with a 41 year old. You can never say no to a hot woman with no kids  .

You dated a 41 year old woman? Damn you had a sugar mama at 17 thats crazy. HAHA. Nah, its not cheating. Since you've known her for a few years and she's your really good friend than its no big deal I don't think.

you should still be allowed to have platonic friends. i don't think it's cheating. if you hadn't told her it'd be different.

It's not you that has a problem, it's your mom that does. This is one of the few times that moms are wrong. I would just ignore it. On a side note, try to see if your GF and your "girl" friend want to have a 3some.

Wow, my mom is the same way, I have a lot of friends that are girls, but no gf, so she asks me all the time, dont all the girls get jealous of each other? I'm like, mom, am I not allowed to have friends? Anyways, to touch on your subject, no not at all bro. If youre gf trusts you, then youre fine, I dont know the situation between the other friend and you, but as long as nothin happens with you guys, you got nothin to worry about.

when you think its cheating your proly cheating. as long as your not feeling her up during the movie i see no problem going out a movie with a girl as long as your g/f says ok. its the same as like going out with your buds. as long as your not secretly trying to get in her pants then thers no big. your moms just over reacting.

as long as 1) she knows u have a g/f and 2) your g/f knows you're just friends with her then.. it's not considered as cheating
 however..most women tend to be jealous if it's ongoing..
