Bugeye Eliminator Kit

This '91 I got has a ding on the fender and the fascia that keeps the headlights from retracting. This permanent pop-up is a pet peeve of mine on any vehicle. Does anyone know a front end kit that puts a set of headlights in the fascia so I can just close up the pop-ups for good.
Or how difficult wld it be to swap a later model rx7 or miata fascia that has the coolwrap headlights.

I had a big dent on one of my fenders too, the easiest and cheapest thing to do is take the fender off and go at it with a ball peen hammer and a lot of finesse.
