stock i think they run about 8 psi. prolly can't get much past that without fuel system upgrades.

What sort of fuel system upgrade?
I have also heard that the 04 cobra's were de-tuned from factory? I dunno, maybe hear-say, But how much boost can the stock eaton super charger put out, max? Considering you had a boost controller. |

you can only run so much boost/horsepower on a stock bottom end til you end up picking your connecting rods up off the ground.
a fuel system upgrade means high-flow rails and high-output injectors, as well as a high flow, high pressure pump. bigger fuel lines go without question.

Re: 2005 Cobra?
From what I remember hearing, there will not be a SVT Cobra produced in 05.

didn't know that sc'd cobras had h-beams... that changes a lot =) in that case, you'd be more limited by the IRS in terms of amount of hp/torque and tire. slicks will snap those axles like they're nothing.

Re: 2005 Cobra?
The 3.8 super charged had 12 lbs of boost stock. I'm sure a modern cobra can handle it.
