catalitic converter

ok im bout to go get a knew exaust and i was wondering besides emissions what exactly does the catalitic converter benifit because i wont need to be passing emissions for anything that i know of and i belive taking this off would let my car breath even easier and would be much more cost effictive than gettin a high flow cat

Re: catalitic converter

if you dont have to worry about emissions and what not, i wouldnt worry about the cats.... now if your taking your car somewhere to get the exhaust done they wont do your exhaust unless it has cats.. unless you have someone who can hook ya up
