New R32

Well, i am the new proud owner of a skykline r32 GTR that is on its way to the U.S. Well, i am not going to release the details of how i am getting it in, or how its being fixed for the u.s. but its on the way. Does anyone have any tuning tips? It has an intake, turbo back Kakimoto Exaust and FMIC. Im looking for about 450 HP, it should be putting down 300-330. Any reccomendations on boost controller and ECU?
Give me a shout skyline owners!

so you're not saying how you got the car or how you're getting it into the U.S........ Am I wrong to assume that it is probably stolen and being smuggled illegally into the U.S. then ????

anyway, ask a moderator on these forums here called RazorGTR, he's got a mean R32 GTR, he'll tell you what you need to know besides the basics of aftermarket intercooler, headers, suspension, boost controller etc......

If you are bypassing the EPA, DOT, NHSA, etc, I am pretty sure the car is illegal. Correct me if I am wrong.

Are you going through MotoRex, then?

Re: New R32

wow...you dont want to flood the market...yet you say it isnt illegal. seeing as how Motorex (and possibly RB, did they get their lisence yet?) is the only company that can LEGALLY import and legalize skylines......you cant flood the market. they get all the market anyways. so no go on that story that its legal. bs.

Re: New R32

you can utilize certain loopholes if you know where to look, you just have to know what you are doing.

Yes, we know there are loopholes, but the loopholes do not cover the car for bybassing the DOT, EPA, NHSA, etc. If the car is found, it will be crushed. You have to get caught, of course.

Is the car stock? you want 450 to the wheels, or at the crank?

I would spend the money on a Apexi PowerFC, and a commander. Upgrade to at least 600cc injectors, instal some 2510s, and get a dyno tune. Apexi air filters, and any good aftermarket exhause at least 3" will do. You should see about 450 to the wheels, with a very good power curve.

Do you have pics?

loopholes like importing it for race/show/offroad uses...thats it. and even then its still not US legal, it will be here on a temporary bond. im sure these guys on here know tons more about the sky than you, especially razorGTR, vquick, and skylineUSA. you HAVE to go through motorex (possibly RB) to have a completly US STREET LEGAL CAR.

It will get crushed, it is not compliant unless it goes through MotoRex, or RB.

Yes, you can bring the car in, and get the car registered and bypass the Gov't, but it still will be illegal.
