Depends on engine, transmission, gearing. There were two different 327's offered.
I assume you mean factory stock right?

I have one road test with a 275 hp 327 that ran a 16 something but I think that was with the powerglide transmission.

The 275hp engine probably puts out around 220 hp as installed in the car, so with OK gearing, a 4 speed and good traction I think it may be able to pull mid to low 14's.

I have a 68 Camaro with the 275hp 327 sitting in my garage. It came with a powerglide and 2.73 but i have a Th350 in it right now. The engine is no longer stock but isn't radical either. I've got Headers, a Flowmaster exhaust, a Comp 268 camshaft, Crane roller tip 1.5:1 rockers, and a Pertronix conversion under the distributor cap.

I don't know what it runs because i still don't have front brakes for it.
