fog light problem

I have a couple actually......but.....I have a '00 GT. The fog lights aren't working. I checked the fuse, it's fine, and the inside switch lights on and off. For the non-mechanically minded (me...), could it be the relay, and if so, where is it? Should I bite the bullet and take 'er in?

The other is, when inside the car, I can hear a squeak coming from what sounds like the passenger side, back wheel well. Is it something a little WD-40 will fix, or am I going to have to live with it?

Any input appreciated
